## What is available for discussion
The operator invites expressions of interest in a possible **complete technology-asset sale**, subject to written agreement on the precise assets and independently verified chain of title. No company shares, exclusive licenses, source-code delivery, data transfer or third-party account migration are offered or committed merely by reviewing this document.

## Problem and technology hypothesis
Different authorized AI agents can each make policy-compliant paid API purchases yet request potentially equivalent deliverables. Existing payment retry idempotency does not necessarily answer cross-agent **licensed work reuse**. A privacy-first, local browser diagnostic is available to investigate this problem; savings have **not** been independently proved.

## Inspectable public components

## Evidence and material limitations
- Two onchain payment **canary tests funded by a marketplace operator**: **0.11 USDC gross total**; neither establishes an organic third-party customer.
- **Zero independently verified recurring paid customers**, **zero independently verified savings**, **zero qualified external acquisition inquiries** at last database check on 16 October 2026.
- An EIP-191 payout-address signature verified address control at a historical moment, not legal intellectual-property ownership.
- No external security audit, production-ready compliance certification, independent SLA or enforceable off-platform wallet spending guarantees are asserted.
- Transferability of source, names, third-party licenses, hosting subscriptions, accounts, wallet custody, domains and integrations requires separate confirmation.
